Free return shipping for orders over 70 €. The return must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Just fill in the Return Form below and you get a step-by-step instruction on how to return your order. Return shipping for orders below 70 € must be paid by the customer. You can choose a delivery parcel service of your choice.

We can only offer free return shipping within Austria. Therefore, the return shipping for all orders must be paid by the customer. You can choose a delivery parcel service of your choice.
