Returns from Austria (orders over €150) and Germany (orders over €200) are free within the 30-day return period. For returns of orders with a value below €150 (Austria) or €200 (Germany), a return fee of €5 will be deducted. We offer free returns only for orders within Austria and Germany. If you're returning an order from outside these countries, you will need to cover the return shipping costs and choose a courier of your preference.
